I find it interesting that we wrote on the same subject but had a very different view of the website. I focused on more specific details and obscure facts, while you tried to give an overall description of the website as a whole. I do agree with you that some pages did seem to be odd, considering the context–in addition to Woodstock, which you mentioned, the page on the Roswell UFO landing stood out to me. It seemed a little out-of-place next to pages on such serious political issues such as the Korean War or Operation Ajax. Still, it was interesting, and I personally think it fulfilled the museum’s aim to inform the public–especially because there are so many conspiracy theories and rumors surrounding that event.
